This past weekend I left little dog (with very good babysitter) and went to our neighbor city Toronto. Although it has never been my favorite place to visit, I enjoyed it more than usual. Saturday was raining, so while I waited for the sun to come out to start my shopping I decided to visit the ROM (the Royal Ontario Museum) for the first time. Still not certain how I feel about the exterior design, however the permanent exhibition was very nice. It is very eclectic collection from the natural history to high-end fashion pieces. The natural collection of 190 million year old fossils is extremely impressive. The exhibit tells story on the reproduction and growth of dinosaurs right from the eggs to a full 20-foot-long adult! Much bigger than big dog!! Their dinosaur collection is for the most part complete with very little reconstruction. I will tell you it is very impressive to see such creatures that have lived before us. I will tell you Ross Geller would have been very proud.
